How to delete your account and data?
If you want to delete your account and all associated data from Pixcloud, you can do so in two ways:
Option 1: From account settings
- Log in to your account at pixcloud.app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to Delete account section
- Type "DELETE ACCOUNT" in the confirmation field
- Click the confirm button
Option 2: Via email
Send an email to:
[email protected]Subject: Account and data deletion. Include the email address associated with your account.
What data will be deleted?
- Profile data (name, email, avatar)
- Generation history (images, videos, music)
- Generated files stored on our servers
- Purchase history and credit balance
- Google / Facebook login associations
Processing time
Account deletion requests are verified and processed within 30 days of submission. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Facebook Login
If you logged in via Facebook, deleting your Pixcloud account will automatically remove all data associated with your Facebook account in our service.
You can also remove the connection from Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and websites → Pixcloud → Remove.
