User Data Deletion
How do I delete my account and data?
If you want to delete your account and all associated data from Pixcloud, you can do it in two ways:
Option 1: From your account settings
- Sign in to your account at pixcloud.app
- Go to Settings (the gear icon)
- Scroll down to the Delete account section
- Type "DELETE ACCOUNT" into the confirmation field
- Click the confirmation button
Option 2: By email
Send a message to:
[email protected]Use the subject line: Account and data deletion. Include the email address linked to your account.
What data will be deleted?
- Profile data (name, email, avatar)
- Generation history (images, video, music)
- Generated files stored on our servers
- Purchase history and credit balance
- Linked Google / Facebook sign-in connections
Processing time
Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days of submission. Once your account has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided.
Signing in with Facebook
If you signed in via Facebook, deleting your Pixcloud account will automatically remove all data linked to your Facebook account within our service.
You can also remove the connection from your Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → Pixcloud → Remove.
